KONI developed and manufactured the first adjustable telescopic shock absorber in the world and continue to innovate adjustment technology in suspension products.

There are several adjustment styles depending on the damper series and shock absorber fitment to a vehicle. These are outlined below.

Adjustment Style

Button Adjustment

KONI developed and manufactured the first adjustable telescopic shock absorbers and continue to innovate adjustment technology in each product. 

KONI Button Adjustment is used on the Monotube design shock absorbers.

This adjustment gives 2 or 3 clear clicks of adjustment with the shock absorbers coming standard on the softest setting, which is closest to the factory setting.
